From Waste to Wear: Our Sustainable Mission
At Upcycled Medical, we repurpose post-consumer PET plastic waste into durable, eco-friendly medical clothing, reducing environmental impact.
Turning Plastic into Purpose
Our process begins by collecting discarded ocean-bound plastic. It’s then carefully sorted, sterilized, and broken down into reusable fibers. These fibers are spun into durable yarn and crafted into high-quality medical garments.
We are a established medical scrubs and clothing company that has been in the business for 30 years supplying UK high street stores and brands. We have a strong manufacturing team and design team.
We have developed our own poly/cotton fabric which surpasses all the NHS and industry standard testing requirements.
We have a technical file that was compiled from a well-known and established compliance company and also produce according to the NHS colour coded sizes and the royal blue colour fabric that we have available.
